Hi, I’m Kistra.
I’m a native Chinese teacher, and I’ve spent years helping people understand and use Chinese more naturally.
What I’ve learned is that no two students struggle with Chinese in exactly the same way. You may know a lot of words but struggle to use them. You may understand Chinese well but find it difficult to speak naturally. Or you may simply need more real conversation and better feedback.

Do I need to know Chinese before joining?
No. Complete beginners are welcome. If you already know some Chinese, Kistra will start from your current level and focus on what will help you improve next.Are the lessons really personalized?
Yes. There is no fixed curriculum that every student follows. Your lessons are shaped around your level, goals, interests, and what you need most right now.
How are lesson times scheduled?
For the trial lesson, you’ll choose your lesson time when you book.
If you purchase a 4-lesson package, you’ll receive a booking link by email and can schedule each lesson separately based on Kistra’s available times.
How long is my lesson package valid?
Your 4-lesson package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel without losing your lesson credit if you contact us at least 24 hours before your lesson.
