Hi, I’m Kistra.
I’m a native Chinese teacher, and I’ve spent years helping people understand and use Chinese more naturally.
What I’ve learned is that no two students struggle with Chinese in exactly the same way. You may know a lot of words but struggle to use them. You may understand Chinese well but find it difficult to speak naturally. Or you may simply need more real conversation and better feedback.

No. Complete beginners are welcome. If you already know some Chinese, Kistra will start from your current level and focus on what will help you improve next.Are the lessons really personalized?
Yes. There is no fixed curriculum that every student follows. Your lessons are shaped around your level, goals, interests, and what you need most right now.
How are lesson times scheduled?
After you join, we’ll contact you personally to arrange your lessons based on your availability and Kistra’s teaching schedule.
What if we can’t find a suitable lesson time?
If we’re unable to arrange a suitable time before your first lesson, we’ll give you a full refund.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-time payment for 28 days of coaching. At the end of your 28 days, you can decide whether you’d like to continue.
Where do lessons take place?
Lessons take place online through ClassIn. We’ll send you everything you need before your first lesson.
